WHAT IS NATURAL FITNESS? Natural Fitness is a personal training studio. Despite it’s large size and roominess, it is for individual or group reservations exclusively. For example, couples frequently come in together. Classes are also available. Call me for the list of each, and their respective schedules.
WHY IS IT CALLED ‘NATURAL’ FITNESS? Besides the obvious (the setting of natural earth tones, etc.)… ‘Natural’ is in reference to my use of only the safest movements—movements that the body was designed for. Nothing that leaves your body asking, “Why are you doing this?”. This means training that is safer, and much more effective, than both Physical Therapy, and Traditional Weight Training.
THAT’S WHY I CALL IT MOVEMENT SCIENCE Remember when you were a child, and you wanted to prove to your parents, your friends, and yourself, just how STRONG you were? Unfortunately, there was never a class on reasonable limits (Too Much Weight 101). That’s part of my job: knowing how much is too much, and also what movements are not safe, no matter how much weight it is. DO I SELL MEMBERSHIPS? No. Natural Fitness is by reservation only, and there is no monthly ‘membership’ fee.
MY EQUIPMENT... Would you put on eye make-up with a paint brush? Well, I hope not. I have the right equipment for the job. That means that my machines are made for the human body. These days, most fitness equipment isn’t. I hand-picked my equipment and it was hand-made in America to my specifications.
Better has to start somewhere...and it starts here. I make sure that you receive only the results that you want, and I do it using the safest methods in the industry.
