I’ve been in the industry in one way or another since the mid-seventies. I started doing strength training around 1978, and I’ve made every mistake imaginable in a gym. Thomas Edison once said, “For every time you get it right, you had to get it wrong a thousand times.” With my own personal (and sometimes painful) experiences, I have made Movement Science the rule-of-thumb at Natural Fitness. The result is Conditioning, and Precision Toning, without injury. I have a saying… “Just because you can lift it, that doesn’t mean you should”. It’s my job to know your limits, but it’s my genuine concern for your health that keeps a close eye on you.
